Nearly a week done with my diet, and I must say it is not as hard as I thought, but I sometimes get the urge to eat “normal“ meals again as the diet is only based on proteins, vegetables and low carb fruits. It is a bit like looking forward to a cool summer vacation when I search for suitable new recipes and see the fat and carb containing dishes. I also drink much more than before the diet.
When I work the urge to eat properly is strongly reduced in comparison to just hanging around or watching TV. The fact that I try to stay busy really is really good for me and for getting my things done. Maybe something positive out of the starvation I’m in *laught*.
Well, it is kind of ridiculous that we must discipline ourselves on not taking in too many calories and are constantly tempted to eat in our society and other people must starve on this planet. We definitively do not have the problem to feed the world population, we have to problem to fairly provide for everyone and maybe also giving everybody good calories. Maybe another time I pick up that topic again, but for I’ll leave it to this statement.
We are currently renovating our basement / cellar so that I get my little office space. Something I’m very much looking forward to once it is done. I’m planning on having a nice wooden floor as I despise vinyl, which is currently popular. I prefer mor natural material like wood. Once it is done I will poste a picture here.
Next week will be my first normal working week in 2022 which I’m looking forward to as I kind of enjoy my current job.
